Access to my room involved navigating a steep staircase, which could be a challenge for those less mobile. the bathroom, although private, was down the corridor, making middle-of-the-night trips a bit cumbersome. The wardrobe felt cramped for hanging clothes, and I noticed a lack of fire safety details that raised some concerns about emergency protocols.

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights in a small twin room, where the comfy bed and soft cotton sheets made it hard to leave. I enjoyed sunny mornings on the terrace and a relaxing evening drink by the garden. While I wished for complimentary toiletries, it was no big deal since I can always throw some in my bag next time! 😊

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at The Brick Kilns. The log burners added a warm touch, making it feel inviting. Breakfast in the conservatory was a highlight. The views of the countryside and animals created a peaceful start to my day. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A late meal I ordered was delicious, too. The bed in my deluxe double room was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. the stairs were quite steep, which might be an issue for those with mobility challenges. I noticed the shower head had some mold, and I feel that more attention could be given to regular cleaning. Despite these setbacks, the charm of the place really stood out. I'd consider returning for the atmosphere and delightful food.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend
Comfortable room, exceptional food, featuring clean bathrooms and a friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable despite the stairs being a bit challenging for my wife, who has leg issues, and the location is conveniently only 13 km from the nearest airport.
It was perfect.

The Brick Kilns has that cozy vibe with lovely log burners and a smashing breakfast that had me full 'til lunchtime. The staff? Super friendly and right on it. Plus, the dining menu was a delight—so many tasty options!
The steep stairs were a bit of a hike for my knees, and the shower head had some mold going on—yikes! Could've used more attention to detail there, but the charm of the place makes up for it.
